Services Provided

Tokyo Project: Needs Assessment, Analysis of Developer Proposal, Negotiations on behalf of AFLAC with developer (Mitsubishi Real Estate). Assisted in finalization of build-to-suit lease and purchase option agreement. Deployed full time on-site team for construction observation and administration of build-to-suit lease through construction and occupancy phase. Selection of interior design firm and coordination of interior design and furnishings procurement/installation. Design of Chairman's suite. Columbus Project: Facility Requirements Programming and Strategic Facilities Planning.
