Development Management
A professional service consisting of the management of real estate development as well as Program Management services as described fully elsewhere herein.
In addition to managing the planning, design and construction on behalf of the Owner, these services typically include managing and/or coordinating one or more of the following:
- Financing/funding
- Location and site selection
- Economic feasibility studies
- Preparation of total development budgets
- Schedules
- Scope definitions and development concept descriptions
- Property acquisitions
- Preparation of operating proformas marketing and coordination of the development program with other parties carrying out one or more of the real estate development activities.
