Representing One Partner in Public/Private Partnerships
Brookwood represents one of the partners in a Public/Private Partnership, often either the Public Partner or a not-for-profit Private Partner. Services should start early in the pre-planning of the entity and continue through till completion of the project(s). Services would typically include development of a project financing/construction plan, management of the design and construction, commissioning, and setting up a facilities management program. Specific professional services would typically include Construction Program Planning and Management, Interface with Project Financing, and Design Consultant services.
